Job description

If you are a “people-person”, confident in your ability to talk on the phone, and crush goals, this is the perfect opportunity for you! We are looking for an AMAZING inside sales rep (officially called Internal Dealer Relationship Managers or IDRM's to keep it short) to join our growing and awesome team. This opportunity is focused on building our brand and growing our market share of auto dealers nationwide over the phone. To sum it up in one sentence – you will be signing up new dealers, building relationships by servicing existing dealers, and structuring/restructuring deals. In return for your ability to build the market share and increase funding deals in your territories we provide you competitive base salary and monthly commission based on your awesomeness.
What You're Doing

  • The basics like signing new dealers, servicing existing dealers so lots of quality dealer calls on the daily. The phone will definitely be your BFF in this role.
  • Monitor ongoing dealer performance such as efficiency, delinquency/losses, profitability etc. to assure the partnership continues to flourish. Good people working with good dealers, it’s kind of our thing.
  • Work closely with all dealer personnel to train them on the programs, contracts and all related resources in order to assure a successful partnership with our team.
  • Share input with management related to pricing/program recommendations specific to your territory.
  • Increase and maintain required market share levels with quality business and top-notch service.
  • Identify dealers that are not delivering contract volume (compared to potential), identify obstacles, and develop/implement a growth strategy.
  • Respond promptly to live inbound dealer requests, voice mail and e-mail inquiries.
  • Meeting company goals for monthly funded contracts & new qualified dealers.

What We're Looking For

  • High School diploma is required. Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Strong Personality and Confident. This person must love to talk on the phone and negotiate deal with our dealers.
  • Winning Attitude. Loving the grind/hustle of competing and getting the job done.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Above average drive, communication/negotiation skills, and a track record of success.
  • Sales experience (inside or outside sales).
  • Working at a dealership is a plus. Strong Credit/Underwriting skills a plus.
  • Previous auto finance or powersports industry experience highly preferred.
